All creeds welcome.

Research makes clear that men have a hard time establishing social connections. We were taught to stay strong and keep quiet. We are to suffer in silence.
And suffer we do through depression, addiction, divorce, grief, and myriad other traumas. For those of us who aspire to a religious life, the wound is double. We have revelation and a faith that others may not, and still we stumble. To the list of frustrations previously mentioned we can now add failure and hypocrisy.
It’s not something we want to talk about, and out here in Joshua Tree you don’t have to. Because we’ve got rocks.
Lots of rocks. Big, tall, imposing, scary, and impossible, just like all of those nameless things that keep you up at night. But there’s a difference.
In Joshua Tree you’ll have your brothers: men who will show you how to climb those rocks one step at a time.
This introduction to rock climbing adventure will have us camping together for four days and three nights in Joshua Tree National Park, one of the premier rock climbing destinations of North America. And there’s a lot that can be sorted on those rocks. Hope and fear are realized in real time, processed through the body, and transformed into lessons that are immediate and powerful.
But if you want to talk, we’re here for it.
The Dust and Tribe team will guide you into campfire conversations that connect the day’s climbing to the important recovery and restoration work that we all need to prioritize. You will find among us a network of believing men committed to supporting you without judgment.
Out here we’re all equal. The rocks will make sure of that.
Due to the physical and emotional intensity of this experience, we are only allowing a maximum of twelve participants.
