Feeling stressed? Muscles a little tight? Looking for a bit of relaxation and digital detoxification?

Hot tubs help with that. Fishing does too.

It therefore follows (logic!) that hot tubs and fishing along the Northern California coast could induce levels of relaxation previously unknown to womenkind!

You’ll stay at a Tuscan-themed villa with a very private hot tub, only an eight-minute walk from Rockaway Beach. You can take a stroll with your besties to watch the sun rise after the predawn prayer. The best part is that you’ve got the whole place to yourselves!

Okay. Maybe that’s not the best part.

Maybe the best part is falling asleep after a nice hot soak? Or maybe it will be the camaraderie of other incredible women?

Or maybe the best part is grabbing your poke pole and heading out to Half Moon Bay in search of rockfish and monkeyface eels. That’s exactly what we’re going to do on our first afternoon together, God willing. We’ll have everything you need and we’ll walk you through just exactly where and how to nab your first fish. After that, it’s up to you!

Back at our Tuscan villa, we’ll clean and cook our catch, insha Allah, swapping stories about all the lunkers that got away.

We’ll have plenty of time for both urban and coastal exploration and we plan on doing lots of both.

You are responsible only for your transportation and clothing. Carpooling is encouraged.

Please note: This event will cancel if fewer than six registered participants 14 days prior to our adventure start. Confirm before booking your flight.

Inclement weather will not be grounds for either cancellation or refund except in cases of extreme severity.
