Join us in Joshua Tree National Park on Valentine’s weekend for some good times as we learn the fundamentals of top-roping, enjoy a full-moon hike, and endure the pre-dawn chill to catch a desert sunrise.
Sound bromantic?
That’s the plan.
Life is hard and these rocks teach us that even the most insurmountable obstacles are manageable with some planning, good friends, and solid communication. Climbing is about working through fear, building trust, and understanding that pain is part of the process.
With all of that to deal with, we’re fine with anybody that wants to hug it out.
We’re bringing chocolate. We might even pick you a flower.
More than anything though, we want to make sure that by the time you go home you’ll know how to set bomb-proof anchors, self-rappel, and belay your partner safely.
Included:
You are responsible for your food, transportation, clothing, park entry fees, and gear: climbing shoes, helmet, and harness
