Join us as we search for the new moon marking the beginning of Ramadan, the ninth lunar month of the Islamic calendar.
Arrive early for a discussion of the moon, its phases, and moon lore across cultures. If we are blessed with a sighting of the new moon, we will set our intentions for the coming fast and allow for shared reflection and the sunset prayer before dispersing.
Due to current public health recommendations to help limit the spread of COVID-19, this outing has been cancelled.
