Dust and Tribe Profit-Sharing Opportunities

Adventure Lead

We’re always looking for grounded, upbeat men and women excited to lead wilderness excursions.

In exchange for help in designing programming consistent with the Dust and Tribe mission of growth through adventure, managing logistics, and enhancing customer experience through event facilitation, an adventure lead will receive 80% of all event profits (assuming any), with 40% of that amount reserved for equal distribution to any and all co-facilitators. The remaining 20% of profits returns directly to Dust and Tribe.

An additional $150 project lead differential will be awarded along with a $150 certification bonus for those who possess an event-specific certification (wilderness first-aid, swift-water rescue, single-pitch climbing instructor, etc.) as a guaranteed payout to you before profit-sharing.

Tuition Reimbursement (AMGA Single Pitch Instructor)

Rock-climbing is the ultimate physical metaphor for the spiritual journey.

In exchange for your help in facilitating a minimum of two rock-climbing events per year over a two-year period, Dust and Tribe will reimburse in full any costs associated with obtaining your American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA) Single-Pitch Instructor certification. In addition, any gear necessary to fulfill course requirements will be provided for the duration of the course.

Once certified, climbing event compensation will be in keeping with the Adventure Lead opportunity noted above.
