D&T Moonquest: Sha’ban 1446

Come join us as we look for the new moon of Sha’aban, marking the eight month of the Islamic year, insha Allah!

Receive the coy and delightful crescent with your brothers and sisters! Bring your kids, bring your pets, bring your neighbors, but most importantly, bring your enthusiasm!

We will meet among the dunes of Guadalupe! Adjacent to the Pacific ocean, this fascinating landscape begs to be explored! Come early and we’ll do just that before looking for the moon of Sha’ban, inshallah!

Feel free to bring snacks. We might have some of our own to share. Bring your own water, prayer rugs, and jackets.
