We’re opening Camp One to the women of Off the Grid for a homesteading weekend in the foothills of the western Sierra. Our intention is to refresh all who gather through a combination of hospitality, local exploration, and collaborative creativity.
Join us as we walk you through many of the possibilities that exist for those of us who live in Gold Country. Help us with the daily care of our goats and chickens, gather wilderness treasures for crafting, visit area shops and farmstands, journal, sketch, blend wild teas, and adventure in the nearby mountains, lakes, and rivers.
Or do none of that and just catch up on some reading in our hammock under the cool, autumn sun.
Whatever you need to recharge.
All of this is interspersed and contextualized by the observation of our daily prayers and regular circle conversations.
We can’t wait for your company!
Included:
- Three nights of in-home accommodation at Camp One
- Halal home-cooked breakfast and dinner the duration of your stay

You are responsible only for your transportation, clothing, and toiletries. We will be sleeping in shared accommodations, anywhere from 2-6 women/room.
Please note: This event will cancel if fewer than four registered participants 14 days prior to our adventure start.
Inclement weather will not be grounds for either cancellation or refund except in cases of extreme severity.
